1. Acceptance

By using TrailNav ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TrailNav is a mobile application for outdoor navigation, ride tracking, and trail discovery. The service includes free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Account

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month through the App Store or Google Play. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code.
• Upload malicious content or spam.
• Impersonate others or submit false information.
• Interfere with the App's infrastructure.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (trail reviews, photos, ride data). By posting content publicly, you grant TrailNav a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.

7. Safety Disclaimer

TrailNav provides navigation assistance but is not a substitute for proper trail knowledge, equipment, and judgment. Always carry a backup navigation method. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from reliance on the App.

8. GPS & Location Accuracy

GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment. TrailNav does not guarantee the accuracy of location data, trail maps, or weather information.

9. Intellectual Property

TrailNav, its logo, TrailWeather™, and all related content are the property of TrailNav. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailNav is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
