Our Mission
We believe every rider deserves a navigation tool that actually understands trails. Not road maps repurposed for bikes — real trail intelligence with weather awareness, community data, and voice guidance that works in the backcountry.
TrailNav was born from frustration with existing navigation apps that treat mountain biking as an afterthought. We built what we wanted to use ourselves: a fast, reliable companion for every ride — from local loops to backcountry adventures.
What We Stand For
- Trail-first design. Every feature is built for off-road use, not adapted from road cycling apps.
- Open data. We build on OpenStreetMap and contribute back. Trails belong to everyone.
- Privacy by default. Your ride data is yours. We don't sell it, and you can delete everything anytime.
- Multi-sport. MTB, gravel, road, trail running, hiking — one app that does all five well.
